Josefina Gregoria Polo - Directora de Comunicaciones

Josefina es una líder comunitaria con una sólida trayectoria en barrios marginales, aporta a la fundación una perspectiva auténtica y un enfoque inclusivo. Como Subdirectora de Proyectos Comunitarios y Directora de Comunicaciones de la Fundación GRAC, Josefina supervisa la ejecución de programas de alto impacto, adaptados a las necesidades de cada comunidad. Además, lidera los esfuerzos de comunicación de la fundación, generando visibilidad y conectando a la organización con sus beneficiarios de manera efectiva.

Funciones Principales:

  • Coordinar y ejecutar proyectos en comunidades que son vulnerables, asegurando que respondan a las necesidades locales.

  • Supervisar el equipo de comunicación de la fundación y liderar la difusión de metas y logros de GRAC.

  • Mantener relaciones sólidas con líderes comunitarios y facilitar la colaboración entre la fundación y las comunidades beneficiarias.
